CNN’s Jack Cafferty thinks racism is a big part of the race
I was really surprised to read on the CNN news website that the news media is talking about how racism is a big part of the Presidential race since both political parties are trying very hard to avoid the discussion of the race. I was surprised to hear that, but I do agree with it. I think that there are a lot of people “out there” who are very uncomfortable with the thought that someone who is not 100% caucasian could be president. I find myself disappointed every single time that people call Obama “black” because he is just as “white” as he is “black.” I wish people would focus more on what’s inside a person and less on what the person looks like.
